Bombay Highcourt Recruitment 2023 Eligibility Criteria
The eligibility criteria for the various posts are as follows:
Peon: The candidate must be a citizen of India and should have passed the 10th standard examination from a recognized board. The candidate’s age should be between 18 and 38 years as of January 1, 2023.
Stenographer: The candidate must be a citizen of India and should have passed the 12th standard examination from a recognized board. The candidate should have a typing speed of at least 80 words per minute in English or Marathi. The candidate’s age should be between 18 and 38 years as of January 1, 2023.
Law Clerk: The candidate must be a citizen of India and should have passed the 5th year of the B.A.L.L.B. course from a recognized university. The candidate’s age should be between 21 and 30 years as of January 1, 2023.
Advocate/Counsel: The candidate must be a citizen of India and should be a qualified advocate enrolled with the Bombay High Court. The candidate’s age should be between 21 and 35 years as of January 1, 2023.
Selection Process
The selection for these posts will be done on the basis of a written examination and an interview. The written examination will be held on May 1, 2023. The interview will be held on May 8, 2023.
